Capital One-fee free card
I do know from extensive research and personal experience that Capital One is the only credit card I could find that charged no fee for use overseas. Boaz nbnyahoogroup
We also use a Capital One credit card: your statements are in English, and their customer service reps speak English! They also have money market funds at competitive rates. If you have a checking account with a large American bank that you can access over the internet, you might want to retain that account.
