Using everbank.com in Israel

On your transactions in shekels, be sure to carefully check the
exchange rate from dollars you are getting. I found everbank.com to
work best for me since they do NOT raise the exchange rate and
charge a flat 1% charge for all non-dollar transactions.

They also do not charge for any type of ATM fees and even offer
an ATM Rebate program (via mail) for ATM surcharges, but I have yet to get
the nerve to send them an ATM slip in Hebrew that has a 4 shekel
surcharge :)
