Other then the 3% Master Card fee for overseas transactions they
provide outstanding customer service 24/7. There interest rates
are very reasonable. We changed to CitiBank ESavings. and opened
our accounts from Israel.
We needed a US address but everything else was a pleasure.
We use my Mother's address but our account address is Israel.
Check them out. go to CITIBANK.COM and talk to them.
