When we took out our mortgage we got life insurance
from the bank's insurance company, but they were too
expensive so we replaced them with Menorah. However,
they continued to withdraw money from our account, and
by the time it was resolved they owed us 10,000 shekels.
Koby spent hours at the bank trying to get them to return
the money, and even offered to have his company reimburse
us if it wasn't returned. (It was, after five months.) He has a
very good reputation among other agents, and he speaks
perfect English.
