Vanguard account transfers

If you have an account with Vanguard, use EFT to transfer
money to them from your accounts in the US, then use their
International Wire Transfer service.
The service is free for transfers over
$5000, and only $5 for anything under that amount.

Note that you must mail them a written request in order to add an
international wire receiving account.
We used the Israeli express overseas
mail which took 3-4 days, and the transfer itself takes a few more days.
