I called UZI HASSON the day after Tisha b'Av, what a day for my washer to break! He sent someone very nice, and within three hours and I was back in buisness. The technician spoke passable English and charged a reasonable fee. 052-263-2565
I was very happy with Dovid Ellis at (052) 348-5616 http://www.appliancespecialist.co.il/ (I'm in Efrat) I've had him over twice so far and it has been a pleasant experience both times, he was upfront and honest of exactly what the costs would be and what my options were and hes Canadian.
