We bought our appliances from Bella at Shekem in the Ishparo mall, and she deserves a strong recommendation. She is straightforward, reasonable, pleasant and very helpful.
We looked at other local places and compared prices to zap.co.il offerings. Her prices were comparable to the lower half of the prices on zap, and because we bought a number of our appliances there, we received some discount on the cost.
Her service was outstanding. There was no "shtick" in any of the sales at Shekem -- a welcome change from some other stores. She ordered the specific model oven we wanted, and she arranged installation and service for all the appliances we bought. When we had a concern with the TV, they were very accommodating about making a change.

I would like to remind everyone that there is a file available which
contains the names of recommended heating & air conditioning
installers, with customers' comments about their good and bad
experiences. The file was compiled from the contributions of people
on this list and also on some other community mailing lists, and is
updated regularly . Anybody who needs it can write to me and I can
e-mail them the entire file. (Just give me a week or so to reply,
please, as I have a lot on my plate right now).

He was excellent and assertive on his recommendation for the unit
we needed at our home (he didn't care coming to our home to explain
advantages and disadvantages of each unit at length and planning the
best and effective way to install it prior to our commitment), was
available a 100 % when we needed him, his team was very professional
and he is a real "mentch"
