David Garber PT in 5Towns

I want to give a personal recommendation for
anyone looking for a great physical therapist.
I threw my back out and could not move at all!!!

I called Therapysport in Zichron, and spoke with
David Garber. David was so accommodating,
professional, and definitely knew what he was
doing. He saw me 2 days in a row, and by the
third day, I was moving around again- which
was amazing since my daughter's Bat Mitzvah
was that weekend! Because of David, I was able
to dance with my daughter- when only days
before I literally could not walk.

We all have had positive and negative experiences
when getting any type of treatment- so I wanted
to make sure to share this with you all- as a big positive.

If anyone needs an amazing physical therapist-
David's number is 04-870-5758 or you can
always email him at david@therapysport. co.il
Trust me, he is definitely the man to see.

DA'AT o helps you deal with every sort of health-related issue

Wishing everyone the best of health, my mother recommended that
I bring the DA'AT organization to the awareness of the general public.

The group is called "DA'AT - HaMerkaz leMayda laTzibbur b'Nosay
Bre'ut ul Shem K.Y. Mann" - The K. Y. Mann Public Information
Center on Issues of Health.

They can be reached by e-mail at
or by phone at 02-644-4500, or by fax at 02-644-4505.

My mother says they handle inquiries in English as well as Hebrew
(maybe other languages, but we never tried!). She reports that they
are always warm and helpful, will provide excellent information
( consult and return to you, if necessary, by phone, fax, 'snail-mail'
or e-mail). Their stated purpose is to help the public in dealing with
any and every sort of health-related issue, providing explanations,
source material, recommendations, etc.

My parents have consulted on any number of occasions, in a range of
questions - satisfaction if not guaranteed, *definitely* provided!

Use this info in good health!

HAVE YOUR ANNUAL MAMMOGRAM!

I'm posting about this as a public service to women in Israel (or those of you who intend to one day live here). I went to a facility called Machon Hala (I searched but could not find a link). This was a clinic to rival any top clinic in the United States. Professional, kind, efficient and I even got a cover-up so I wouldn't have to sit in the altogether while waiting for
the doctor to come. I was told that the wait would very long, and to
bring a book and some food. (It wasn't bad at all). First I had the
mammogram, then the doctor came in and performed a breast exam
and did an ultra-sound. He discussed the results with me immediately
and made his recommendations on the spot (Thank G-d results were
all negative, and I am to return in a year).

And the best part was not an agura left my hand: this is completely
covered by my kupah (health insurance). [Actually, that's not true;
the best part was hearing the results].

HAVE YOUR ANNUAL MAMMOGRAM!

If you live in Israel, do it at Machon Hala--you deserve this high
level of care. The clinic is located in Givat Shaul, Jerusalem.
You can reach them at (02)-659-5533.
