Great Service from furniture store in Hadera
Olam HaRehitim in the Industrial area of Hadera just off Road 4 next
to Yesh and B-good. map
We bought a dining room table from their showroom. But it had a big
deep scratch in it. they promised to sand the table and recolour it so
that we would never know it had been there - at no extra cost, and that
we would recieve it within 21 days. That was Thursday. Sunday, we get
a phone call saying that they had checked in their storage and they had
a table top plate, same colour same size did we want it? So we wanted
to know what the catch was. We went down there to check out the
table top plate, and it was teh same colour, same size and absolutely
perfect.
There and then they put it on a truck in front of us and half an hour
later we had a new table in our house! And they changed the chairs
for us when we decided we did not like the design!
Awesome service like this I have never had before
- and not just in Israel!!!

Effie: cordial, creative, efficient, fair & more
EFFIE was the only one to answer my post asking for a creative person
to solve my problem of nesting pidgeons.
Well, he arrived the next day as agreed upon, and in a very short time
the problem was solved to my great surprised! He was cordial,
creative, efficient, fair in his pricing, pleasant and capable.
He used materials that were available in the house and
cost nothing, and in no time, the problem was solved.
I would recommend him highly for any type of work you may have
requiring a handyman, from small jobs like I had, to larger projects.
According to his information sheet he left me, he can do all of the below,
and more:
DOORS, LOCKS AND MULTILOCKS
INSTALLING SHELVES AND MIRRORS
RESTORE OLD FURNITURE
FIX BROKEN BLINDS
HANG DRAPES
ALL TYPES OF PLUMBING REPAIRS, LEAKY TAPS AND BLOCKED PIPES
WELDING GATES AND FENCES
GARAGE DOOR REPAIR AND OPENING
Effie can be reached at:
077-8838300 / 054 2012302

Furniture to fit
Since all houses are smaller here, best to buy here and
work with space you have.
If i owned , I would probably buy from this company,
reputable and custom.

Highly recommended upholsterer
In response to a post for good upholsterers one poster received
about 7 recommendations for the Nussbaums -CU CURTAIN &
RE-UPHOLSTERY SPECIALISTS
02-533-7898 or 050-600994.
An add in Hamodia says they offer free in-home estimates
and "also cover central Israel" with their selection of over
7500 fabrics imported from the U.S.
bookshelves
...someone tipped me ...stores at Derech Chevron 42 / Rechov Yaffo 131 and there I found 5 book cases, fairly prized with home delivery and I bought all of them (NIS 840 inclusive for 27 meter of shelves, 34 shelves of 80 cm).
Assi 0505-639454, also a mover) said he gets them all the time.
Thanks a lot for all the advise and now anyone who searches similarly doesn't have to start from scratch.
Good luck to each of you,
MM
