Happy with HaBeinleumi

I am happy with HaBeinleumi (First International Bank) (*3009),
Agrippas branch (out side the Clal Building). They have good full
service and everyone I have dealt with there for the past 16 months
speaks English. Don't ask for any Olim discounts, but the trade off
is good English speaking service and no lines. And its near the shuk
and your everyday shopping needs.
