Experienced and honest repair man in Jerusalem

our air-conditioning system. He diagnosed the problem and fixed

it very quickly, at a fair price. He’s very experienced, honest

Effie: cordial, creative, efficient, fair & more

EFFIE was the only one to answer my post asking for a creative person
to solve my problem of nesting pidgeons.

Well, he arrived the next day as agreed upon, and in a very short time
the problem was solved to my great surprised! He was cordial,

Handy Randy & Son responded right away

I cannot say thank you enough to HANDY RANDY or recommend him
more highly.

On Shabbas as my husband and I were sleeping my 5 yr old and 3 yr old
decided to throw their toys out our fifth floor window and then try to
retrieve them from the gap between the fly screens and the window (we
have NO BARS!!). This was totally out of character and we thought we
had made it clear enough on previous occasions NOT to climb anywhere
NEAR our windows (let alone out of them).

TG Hashem was looking after my children that day but it was not a
chance we ever wanted to take again.

My husband went to ACE as soon as he could after Shabbas to find locks
for the windows. No luck.

In panic mode I phoned Handy Randy the next day and told him I had an
emergency. I told him what had happened and he said "I'll be there
today".

I know he is busy and I thank him so much for fitting our "emergency"
into his day.

He arrived with his son, bringing locks for our windows which we had
been unable to find and fitted them with a smile. He thought like a
parent and fitted the locks high enough out of my children's reach and
patiently showed me how to work them. They look like part of the
windows, as though they have always been there but the peace of mind
they bring cannot be measured.

Highly recommend Itzik Ivgi for solving retivut

I would like to highly recommend ITZIK IVGI for solving retivut problems
and general home improvements. He succesfully solved water and retivut
damage for us, and sealed exterior cracks in the walls. He was prompt
and reliable, fairly priced, and most of all, honest. A different kablan
that claimed to the retivut did not succeed, but Itzik's expertise
proved itself. No more signs of damage!
Since then, he has been available to fix any other house related
problems that we have requested, and stands behind his work.
He also does roof repair, sealing the inside and outside of houses, and
renovations, though we have not used him for that.
