Childbirth Classes recommendation

I saw that SARA ZADOK advertised childbirth preparation classes,
and I just want to voice a hearty recommendation for her. Her classes
are informative, empowering, and fun. She is also a terrific birth
assistant--she helped me deliver two of my babies and her calm,
strong presence (not to mention her wonderful back massage!)
really grounded me and helped me tremendously.
