Bank HaPoalim in RBS-no gripes

Without the slightest reservation, I would recommend Bank HaPoalim in
Ramat Bet Shemesh, managed by David Baruch. David is an American who
has been in Israel for many years and is as professional of a banker
as you will find anywhere. His staff, most of whom speak a high
level of English, are considerate and professional.

Many people gripe about their banking relationships in Israel--I rave
about the relationship I have and the service I receive from Bank
