EFFIE was the only one to answer my post asking for a creative person
to solve my problem of nesting pidgeons.
Well, he arrived the next day as agreed upon, and in a very short time
the problem was solved to my great surprised! He was cordial,
creative, efficient, fair in his pricing, pleasant and capable.
He used materials that were available in the house and
cost nothing, and in no time, the problem was solved.
I would recommend him highly for any type of work you may have
requiring a handyman, from small jobs like I had, to larger projects.
