Bank Pagi recommendation

I know of a terrific bank. You would have to come in to Yerushalayim
to open the acct, but once it is open, you can do all the other
transactionsfrom transferring money from the US to the most
reasonable prices for banking that I was able to find in all of Israel.

They are a much better run, much friendlier, much less expensive
offshoot of another bank.
They are really geared for the Oleh Chodesh. The name is Bank Pagi.
