New Bread Bakery on Southern Golan

Yesterday I came upon a wonderful new bread bakery in the small
shopping center in Benei Yehuda. He had at least 8 different types of
bread, baked daily for very reasonable prices. He has real baguettes
and sour dough bread that he is using from his 'reserve' for four
years. His name is Ronen Lavie. I'm trying to convince him that he
should make real croissants for Friday morning. The whole place is
Kosher. I enjoy giving local merchants backing. Enjoy!
