Favorite Handyman is Shaul Plen in RBS

He'll probably blush to read this - but my favorite handyman is Shaul
Plen. A fastidious South African gentleman, he's extremely reasonably
priced, knows his stuff, works steadily and quietly, cleans up after
himself, doesn't try to 'rig' a repair - who could ask for anything
more?
