Egged Bus Routes in Jerusalem

Israel is known for Egged’s excellent bus system. However, the Egged website is not English friendly. Wikipedia has a good explanation of the buses in Israel. Although they are not complete, both of these helped me get from place to place. Also, the Newcomer's Guide has a page of reliable bus routes although it is not complete, either.
