I use OlehPhone. The Israel side is run and supported by
Sammy Ominsky. Works fine for me
when Vonage (AmeriFone) did not.

    We have been using OlehPhone:

    and are happy with the service. Our basic plan gives 500 minutes, and if we go over, additional minutes are cheap.
