(www.betterworld.com). They ship to Israel for $3.98 a book with
no minimum. They also have free shipping to the US . They also have
a lot of used books [2 million in stock] for low prices in very good
condition. [Proceeds go to fund literacy projects.]

I've ordered many times and I'm always very happy with what I get.
The books go straight to your local post office without any customs duty added.
