We just made a bat mitzvah and the Kaplans truly out did themselves.

The food was delicious, plentiful and beautiful. The hall looked gorgeous!
Miriam and Zev did everything so calmly- even when there was a last
minute change with our hall,they were able to work it all out with a
smile on their faces. They had an amazing group of kids working for
them, and it was a real pleasure to work with them.
