Vital Wheat Gluten

I recently bought gluten flour (AKA Vital Gluten) at the kitchenware
store in Ramat Eshkol.

It's labeled "gluten" and is stocked in the back with the baking
products, near the rear corridor leading to the adjoining hardware
store.

It comes in a clear plastic tub, 250 gm.
